Clients will be promptly informed, and alternate arrangements will be offered without penalty.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
4.1 You may cancel a service engagement within 14 calendar days of confirmation, provided that no sessions
have taken place and no restricted content has been delivered or accessed.
4.2 After this period,
cancellations are typically non-refundable. However, under exceptional circumstances (such as force majeure or
administrative error), refund requests may be reviewed at Dawyd Advisory’s discretion.
4.3 If Dawyd
Advisory initiates cancellation due to internal constraints, clients may opt for either full reimbursement or
complimentary rescheduling.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 Dawyd Advisory provides advisory services for strategic insight and planning. We do not warrant or
guarantee financial results, certifications, or measurable business outcomes.
5.2 We are not liable
for service disruptions caused by third-party software, hardware malfunctions, or client-side technical
